House "Casuzze" has an habitable surface of approximately 85 m2; it is situated in the center of Casuzze. It's approximately 50 meters from a beach of fine sand. The house has been constructed in 1960 and completely restructured in 2005. It is made up of a double room, a sitting room, a kitchen and a bathroom (on the ground floor). In the first floor there is a twin bedroom and a big terrace of approximately 70 m2. In front of the house there is also a private garage.
