E' composta da una cucina/soggiorno dotata di un divano letto, una camera matrimoniale, un bagno, una lavanderia (con lavatrice) e da una camera doppia. Di fronte al soggiorno, un'ampia terrazza coperta, circondata da giardino. La casa è molto luminosa, fresca e attrezzata di tutto il necessario per un confortevole soggiorno.
