Casa vacanza "Magnolia", costruita nel 2005, ha una superficie abitabile di circa 75 m2; E' situata al primo piano in uno stabile di due piani. E' composta da una cucina/soggiorno dotata di un divano letto, una camera matrimoniale, un bagno, una lavanderia (con lavatrice) e da una camera doppia. Di fronte al soggiorno si trova un'ampia veranda. La casa è molto luminosa, fresca e attrezzata di tutto il necessario per un confortevole soggiorno.
 

House “Magnolia”, built in 2005, has one habitable surface of approximately 75 m2; It is located at the top floar of two floars stable. It is made up of an Open-plan kitchen (with a sofabed), a double room, a bathroom and of a twin bedroom. Forehead to the sitting room there is a width terrace. , so that is possible to have barbeque and autside meal. The house is very luminous, fresh and equipped of all the necessary for a comfortable stay.

The open-plan kitchen is fully furnished: you'll find a Tv, a microwave, kitchen,  oven, fridge with freezer, toaster, coffee pot or percolator and all the kitchenware. In the same room threre is also a comfortable corner double sofa bed.
