The house is available all year long for one or more weeks, with beginning from Saturday afternoon at 4,00 pm to the next Saturday at 10,00 am. If you rent the house for more than a week, the rental of the next weeks is reduced of 10%

Check in: la consegna dell’appartamento avviene di norma a partire dalle ore 16,00

Check out: l’appartamento dovrà essere riconsegnato entro le ore 10,00 del giorno di partenza.
Comunque, se l’appartamento è disponibile il giorno antecedente o successivo al vostro arrivo, è possibile considerare diverse necessità di orario.

Pulizie finali: comprese nel prezzo. Il cliente deve lasciare l’appartamento privo di ogni immondizia e in buono stato igienico. Se l’appartamento sarà trovato in condizioni di sporcizia, una quota addizionale di 40 Euro per le pulizie sarà trattenuta dal deposito cauzionale

Rumore: va garantita la tranquillità e il riposo dei vicini. Il livello del rumore va tenuto entro livelli ragionevoli a tutte le ore. Non sono consentite feste nell’appartamento. In nessuna circostanza il numero delle persone presenti nell’appartamento deve essere maggiore di quello riportato nella prenotazione.
Le tariffe per settimana, comprendono tutti i consumi di acqua, gas, energia elettrica (ad eccezione di casa "Magnolia") e pulizia finale della casa. Biancheria da camera e biancheria da bagno, fornita su richiesta.

Cleaning: the price is inclusive of cleaning. The client should leave the apartment clear of any rubbish and in a generally clean condition. If the apartment will be left in dirty condition, an additional cleaning charge of 40 Euro may be taken from the client's deposit.

Noise: to respect the rest and the tranquillity of the neighbours, the level of noise should be kept within reasonable level at any times. Parties in the apartment are not allowed. Under no circumstances shall the number of people staying in the apartment, exceed the number on the booking.
The price includes gas, water and electricity fees (except for house "Magnolia") .Bed linen and towels provided on request as well as weekly change of bed linen.
