La successiva revoca del consenso al trattamento di cui all’art.13 primo comma lett. c comporterà l’impossibilità di ricevere i prodotti o i servizi pubblicizzati sul sito Internet o di inoltrarne il relativo ordine quando per compiere tali operazioni è necessario l’indirizzo di posta elettronica fornito;
3. Il tuo indirizzo di posta elettronica potrà essere comunicato esclusivamente a:
   1. altri soggetti affiliati o controllati dal soggetto che gestisce il sito Internet;
   2. enti pubblici o privati per l'adempimento di obblighi previsti dalla legge;
   3. il tuo indirizzo di posta elettronica potrà essere trasferito all'estero, previo consenso e nei limiti di cui all'art.43 e 44 D.lgs 196/2003.
4. L'art.7 D.lgs 196/2003 ti attribuisce alcuni diritti in relazione al trattamento dei tuoi dati personali tra i quali:
